What We Do
We don't just research the nonprofit sector's technical gaps. We build the tools to fix them.
Instead of traditional projects, we focus our engineering resources on scalable products that build capacity across the entire sector. Everything we ship is free, open, and built by people who actually understand the problem.
Here is what we are currently building.
TSNI Nonprofit Web Intelligence
The largest nonprofit technology monitoring engine in America. The TSNI Nonprofit Web Intelligence continuously scans 700,000 nonprofit domains, tracks their digital health, and powers the proprietary TSNI Nonprofit Web Index, because you can’t fix what you don’t measure.

The Rules We Watch By
Scale without ethics is just surveillance. Ours are non-negotiable.
- Passive only. We read what any visitor’s browser can see. We never probe, never bypass, never touch anything protected.
- Fully identified. Every request declares who we are, so any administrator can spot us in their logs.
- Boundaries respected. A site’s
robots.txtis law. And any organization can opt out with a single email, no questions asked. - Organizations, not people. We study public infrastructure, not individuals. Personal information from public records gets stripped on the way in.
- Never weaponized. This map exists to strengthen the sector, not to embarrass any single organization or hand lead lists to vendors. See our Terms.
